The 30-year-old son of Fife woman Carol-Anne Taggart, whose body was found in a caravan on Monday January 12, has made a second appearance in court charged with murder.
Mrs Taggart, 54, was last seen on December 22 after leaving her home in Hill of St Margaret, Dunfermline, and her body was later discovered at Pettycur caravan park in Kinghorn.
Ross Taggart from Dunfermline appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court again yesterday charged with the murder of Mrs Taggart.
He was also charged with attempting to defeat the ends of justice and driving a vehicle while disqualified and without insurance.
Taggart again made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody while his case was fully committed.
No date was given for his next court appearance.
