Elderly driver safe and well after accident near Arbroath

Police say an elderly driver involved in a car accident near Arbroath on Thursday evening has been found safe and well.

John Miller’sgreen Honda CRV was found near to Denhead of Arbirlot Farm after apparently rolling in an accident at around 7pm.

There was no sign of Mr Miller at the scene and police carried out a number of searches following concern for his welfare.

However, they say he has now been confirmed safe.
