They want to identify a van driver who stopped in Campsie Road in Perth and asked a 15-year-old schoolgirl to come over to his vehicle. The girl had seen the man at shops in nearby Rannoch Road, before seeing him again in the van, some time between 12.35pm and 12.50pm on Monday. Distressed by his behaviour, the girl ran off. The man was driving a white van, with a black or grey drop-down gate at the back. He spoke with a local accent, was in his forties, about 5ft 11in to 6ft tall and slender. He had a bald or shaven head and stubble on his face. At the time, he was wearing a dark, hooded top, possibly with red writing on it. Anyone who saw this van or who recognises the driver by his description, should contact the police on 101, or speak to any officer.
