Police hunt trio after man injured in Letham street attack

Police in Perth are studying CCTV footage in an effort to identify three youths who carried out an unprovoked attack on a man in the Letham area.
A police spokeswoman said: “Officers in Perth are making inquiries into a serious assault on a 31-year-old man that happened at a bus stop near to the junction of Marlee Road and Rannoch Road at about 9.30pm on Wednesday April 17.
“The victim suffered injuries to his head and body as a result of the assault and required medical treatment.
“The suspects are described as three men aged between 18 and 24 years old, around five feet nine inches tall, of slim build, who at the time wore hooded jackets, with the hoods up.
“Police are carrying out CCTV reviews and door-to-door inquiries and are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw or heard anything that may assist officers with their inquiries.”
