LaFontaines singing in the rain for T in the Park countdown

Young hip-hop fusion band the LaFontaines were singing in the rain on Saturday afternoon as the T in the Park Roadshow rolled into town amid heavy showers.
The Motherwell lads bravely ignored the constant rainfall as they played on the open upper-deck of the T bus but they were eventually forced inside the Overgate Centre as their electrical equipment was getting wet.
The band have just finished their biggest-ever UK tour and are due to release their debut album in the summer.
Singer Kerr Okan said: “We’re now in recording the album and we just want to play as many festivals as possible. We haven’t heard anything about playing T in the Park yet but we’re hoping we’ll be offered a slot.”
The roadshow brings a taste of the festival to towns and cities across Scotland, with solo artists, bands and cabaret acts touring the country to kick start the countdown to the festival’s 20th year over the weekend of July 12-14.
