Three people have been charged with assaulting a man and leaving him permanently disfigured.
The trio appeared in private before Sheriff Lindsay Foulis at Perth charged with assaulting the man.
Jamie Holmes, 25, Kirsty Morrison, 25, both Rannoch Road, Perth, and Jordan Holmes, 23, of Doocot Court, Perth, all face a charge alleging that, on March 19 in Rannoch Road, they assaulted a man by punching him on the head, knocking him to the ground, repeatedly striking him on the head with a bottle and repeatedly kicking him on the head and body, to his permanent disfigurement.
All three made no plea or declaration and they were committed for further examination.
Sheriff Foulis agreed to grant all three accused bail on condition that they do not contact the alleged victim.
