Two cars and a lorry were involved in the accident, on the southbound section of the dual carriageway near Fordoun, around 3.30pm. The road is still open although traffic calming is in place while recovery of the green Volvo Estate, white Ford Ka and lorry takes place. Grampian Division of Police Scotland said an ambulance is in attendance but no serious injuries have been reported.
