BAE Systems said its piece of the contract which will imvolve it fitting the Captor E-Scan radar system to the aircraft is worth £365 million. The radar system is manufactured by Selex, which employs hundreds of people at its Scottish base in Edinburgh. As part of Wednesday’s announcement, video footage was released showing a cockpit view of a Eurofighter in action.
