John Potter agrees one-year Dunfermline Athletic deal

Another Buddie has returned to Dunfermline, with John Potter joining Paul Gallacher at East End Park after agreeing a one-year deal.

Both men were on the books of St Mirren last season but went to the Pars for a second time.

Goalkeeper Gallacher put pen to paper this month and central defender Potter will follow his lead today after passing a medical.

Boss Jim McIntyre, whose players report to Pitreavie for pre-season training on Wednesday, was delighted to land a player he knows well.

“I am really pleased to bring in someone with great experience and a proven Premier League player,” he said.
