A man has been taken to hospital after a terrifying assault in a Dundee home.
The 35-year-old was badly beaten by three males who attacked him in a block of flats in Fleming Gardens East, at its junction with Arklay Street, at about 3.10pm on Sunday.
The injured man was taken to Ninewells where his condition was described as not life threatening.
Uniformed police officers stood guard at the entrance of the property for much of the day as inquiries began.
One of the male attackers is described as being about 6ft tall with ginger hair.
Investigating officers are keen to hear from those who were in the area at the time.
