It may have been quiet on the transfer front at Stark’s Park but Raith Rovers received some good injury news. Midfielder Scott McBride caused concern when he had to come off during Saturday’s defeat to Falkirk. The former Cowdenbeath man suffered a head knock and was replaced after 35 minutes by Iain Williamson. However, McBride reported for work on Monday and will be available for Saturday’s game against Stirling Albion. “It was a worry at the time but Scott recovered quickly and trained today. “He should be fine for the weekend,” said Rovers boss John McGlynn.
