Dundee FC have revealed the make-up of the board that will lead the club in the post-administration era.
The Dark Blues are on course to emerge from under the control of accountant Bryan Jackson in the coming weeks.
When that happens the man who will be at the helm will be new chairman Stuart Murphy, who has been heading up the Dundee FC Supporters’ Society, the group that will hold the majority shareholding in the Dens club.
He will be joined in the boardroom by Scott Glenday and Maurice Kidd (both DFCSS), Steve Martin (Dark Blue Business Trust) and Mark Gallacher (independent financial director), with chief executive Harry MacLean and director Jim Thomson retaining their positions.
“I am happy to say I believe all of us are working towards a better future for Dundee FC,” said MacLean.
“We have a seven-man board and every single one of us is a Dundee supporter and I can’t think of a better basis on which to take the club forward.”
