Raymond van Barneveld a real hit on visit to Arbroath

Young darts players are still pinching themselves after meeting five-time world champion Raymond van Barneveld.
Barney was swamped as he dropped in to the CAFE Project in Arbroath on Friday to meet youngsters from the Angus Darts Academy.
He signed autographs and posed for pictures alongside referee Russ Bray, who is one of the most recognisable voices in the world of darts.
They spent time with the young players before taking part in a darts exhibition later that evening at the Arbroath Community Centre.
The Dutchman travelled to Arbroath after spending the previous evening at the Premier League Final at the O2 in London.
Barney joined his fellow arrow throwers and Cockney singer Chas Hodges on stage at the final to sing the charity song ‘Got My Tickets for the Darts.’
The Angus events were organised by Scottish international Alan Soutar, who has been coaching players aged 10-21 on Thursday evenings at the CAFE Project at Brothock Bridge.
