A woman has been arrested after drugs worth £102,000 were seized by police in Dundee.
The heroin was discovered by officers from the Organised Crime and Counter Terrorism Unit during an operation at the city’s railway station on Wednesday evening.
A 23-year-old has been charged and is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday.
Detective Chief Inspector Colin Gall said, “This is the result of Police Scotland’s continued fight in the focus on disrupting the supply of drugs throughout Scotland.
“North Area OCCT Unit will continue to focus resources targeting those criminals involved in Organised Crime and Drug distribution. No one should doubt our determination to disrupt their illicit trade.”
