Industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul specialist Brammer has seen group-wide revenues increase by more than 10% in the first half of the year.
With service centres in Dundee, Glenrothes and Grangemouth among a UK-wide network of more than 90 outlets, the firm posted a 15.1% rise in underlying pre-tax profits for the period to £17.5 million.
CEO Ian Fraser said Brammer had made progress in each of the last six quarters despite a challenging marketplace. He was confident of making further headway in the months ahead.
“In 2014 we have continued to demonstrate our resilience whilst expanding our European footprint into Scandinavia,” he said.
“We are mindful of the recent uncertainties regarding growth in our European markets in the second half of 2014, but we remain confident our proven strategy will help us continue to gain market share.”
