Equities and property investor Trevor Brown has moved to increase his stake in Braveheart Investment Group.
The AIM-quoted group, which provides financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and supports business angel investment, said it had sold 1.18 million new ordinary shares to Mr Brown at 11.02p per share.
The figure is equivalent to the volume weighted averaged share price for the 60 days to July 31 but represents a 12% discount on the closing market price at the end of last week.
Prior to the latest share purchase, Mr Brown held 4.2m shares in Braveheart representing a 16.27% interest in the group.
