The Scottish Salmon Company said a combination of a good harvest and strong prices had led to a record first half for the group.
Revenues in the first three months of the year were 48% ahead of 2013, and the trend continued in the second quarter when sales were 42.6% up on 12 months previous at £33.8 million.
Overall, turnover rose almost £20m to £61.5m.
A “strong biological performance” by the Edinburgh-based firm, a subsidiary of Oslo-listed Scottish Salmon Company PLC, saw harvest volumes increase from just under 6,000 tonnes in Q2 2013 to more than 8,000 tonnes this year.
Managing director Craig Anderson said that the company had been “reinvigorated.”
