Scotmid and drinks supplier Conviviality Retail have announced a new partnership to pilot a small number of stores in Scotland.
The trial, which will be launched in the early part of next year, will see Scotmid become Conviviality Retail’s sole franchise partner north of the border.
Conviviality currently has 611 franchised stores in England ad Wales operating under the Bargain Booze, Bargain Booze Select Convenience, Thorougoods and Wine Rack fascias.
“We will be working with Conviviality Retail in the coming weeks to identify the initial sites for the pilot,” Scotmid CEO John Brodie said.
