A total of 35 jobs are to be created as Carewatch (Tayside) launches a recruitment drive to meet increasing demand. Dundee and Angus will get 25 of the posts, and 10 will be in the Perth area. With the growth of the over-65 age group, there is an increasing need for carers to help people stay in their own homes for as long as possible. Recruitment open days will be held at 9 Tay Square, Dundee, from January 6 to 8; and at 79 South Street, Perth, on January 13 and 14.
