Puccini passion play comes to Dundee’s Whitehall Theatre

Perth men John Carlo Bellotti and Alister Allan are appearing in Puccini’s Tosca at the Whitehall Theatre in Dundee as, respectively, Mario Cavaradossi and Baron Scarpia.
A former Scottish Opera tenor, Mr Bellotti plays a revolutionary who is betrayed. Alister Allan appears as the chief of police who breaks his word from beyond the grave.
The Tayside Opera production is on tonight, tomorrow and on Saturday.
