The chief executive of Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce has belatedly filed the annual accounts of her marketing and event management company.
Alison Henderson’s firm My Pinkie Promise will be fined £1500 for the breach, Companies House have confirmed.
My Pinkie Promise was set to be struck off the register of companies for not submitting the information for 2015 on time.
The belated submission of the accounts and annual returns means the striking off notice has been withdrawn.
The 2015 accounts show My Pinkie Promise ended the 12 months to March 31 2015 with a deficit of £22,009, as a result of assets of £5,234 and liabilities of £27,243.
The 2015 deficit was almost £10,000 more than that for 2014.
