Associates appointed at Graham + Sibbald

Chartered surveyors Graham + Sibbald have appointed three new associates in their Dundee office.

Garth Davison, Grant Robertson and Kyle Porter have all been made up to associate at the firm which has 14 offices across Scotland.

The firm has 200 staff, 27 partners and has recently increased the number of associates.

Kyle Porter joined G+S in 2006 as a school leaver and undertook the distance learning degree at College of Estate Management.

He specialises in residential property, predominantly carrying out home report valuations for properties being marketed for sale.

Kyle qualified in November 2013 whilst working for G+S and his main clients include local solicitors and estate agents as well as national banks and lending institutions.

Grant Robertson joined G+S six years ago in 2011 and qualified in November 2013.

As a commercial surveyor, he specialises in commercial valuation, agency and professional work for a mix of local and national clients within the Tayside area, covering Dundee, Angus and St Andrews.

Grant’s experience in commercial property is wide ranging.

As well as acting for secured lenders and private clients in valuing all types of commercial property, he also specialises in disposing and acquiring commercial properties and acts for tenants and landlords in lease renewals and rent reviews.

Garth Davison also joined G+S in 2011 and qualified three years ago whilst working for G+S.

He is a commercial surveyor, carrying out agency and valuation/professional work for a mix of local and national clients within the Tayside area, covering Dundee, Perth and St Andrews.

His agency experience ranges from buying, letting and acquiring for a range of clients, across all sectors in retail, office, industrial and development land to valuation for secured lending purposes.
