Cakes at the Serendipi-Tea café and bistro in Thornton
The locally-owned and run Serendipi-Tea café and bistro in Thornton has reached the finals of the annual Food Awards Scotland 2017.
The awards are nominated by the public and Serendipit-Tea is the only establishment in Fife to have reached the finals of the cafe/bistro section, central region.
Owner/manager Fiona Buchan said: “The bistro has fantastic support from local Thornton residents and this nomination recognises the great products and services provided.”
The awards ceremony, which celebrates and reward the very best in the Scottish food industry, the servers, the specialists and the suppliers, takes place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow on August 14.
