Major Dundee investment firm Alliance Trust has made office space available to rent in its flagship Dundee headquarters.
Suites on the ground, first and fifth floors of the prominent city centre offices are being advertised.
The distinctive West Marketgait offices were purpose built by Alliance Trust with a budget of £12.5 million.
There is 222 square metres on the ground floor, 448 square metres on the first floor and 400 square metres on the fifth level available to let.
The marketing brochure prepared by Graham & Sibbald states: “The property extends over six floors with accommodation being predominately open plan in its nature, making floor plates easily adaptable for specific client needs.
“The available suites to let are laid out over ground, first and fifth floor levels.”
A visual tour of the offices are available through the letting agents’ website.
The rates bill for individual suites or floors will be assessed upon occupation.
Around 250 Alliance Trust Savings staff are based at the site along with administrative staff for the main trust.
The investment house last year outsourced its core fund management operation to a number of global investment managers instead of carrying out the investment activity in-house.
Alliance Trust Investments moved out of the building last year after a sale to Liontrust Asset Management in a cash and stock deal worth around £35 million.
Alliance Trust declined to comment.
