A Dundee-based recruitment firm plans to reach sales of £10 million in the next five years as part of an aggressive acquisition strategy.
Technology and life science specialists Entrust Resource Solutions – formed by Dundee firm Entrust People – has taken over two English firms in the last six months.
The South Tay Street firm acquired Thame-based Horton International UK and SCI Search and Selection, which is located in Northwich, as it looks to expand its geographical reach. The financial terms of the deals have not been disclosed.
Managing director Ryan Watson said: “Even with the uncertainty of Brexit our group is thriving.
“We are in the midst of an aggressive five-year growth and acquisition strategy which will see our turnover reach £10m.
“As part of this strategy, we have acquired two companies in just six months and now we are expanding our team even further.”
The company currently employs 11 in Dundee and 23 across the three locations.
Entrust is looking to form a new resourcing team of between 10 and 20 staff in Dundee over the next couple of years. This team will support the consultants by searching for suitable candidates to add to their network.
“In these uncertain times, it has never been more important to have the right team in place and our group is ready to help you get there,” Mr Watson added.
