Rail passengers travelling north to Fife are suffering disruption due to a signalling fault.
A number of Fife Circle services have been cancelled and services from Edinburgh to Dundee and Aberdeen are delayed.
The fault in the signalling system between Dalmeny and North Queensferry has been repaired and ScotRail is working to return services to normal.
ScotRail told travellers around 1pm about the disruption to services.
It said: “There’s a fault with the signalling system between Dalmeny and North Queensferry.
“This is causing delays to all northbound services over the Forth Bridge.”

The operator said just after 1.40pm that the problem had been fixed and it was starting to gradually reinstate services.
Network Rail, which looks after rail infrastructure, apologised to passengers.
It said: “We’ve been working at the Forth Bridge where a signalling system fault occurred earlier, limiting the number of trains through the area.
“Sorry if you’ve been affected.”
