LNER have cancelled a number of services, affecting Perth routes, as the rail company advises passengers not to travel due to Storm Ciara.
The rail company put out the warning as Storm Ciara impacts transport links across the country.
A spokesperson for the service said: “Very high winds, as a result of Storm Ciara, are impacting train services throughout the country today
“LNER are advising you not to travel.
“LNER are running a significantly reduced timetable as a result of speed restrictions which are in place across the route.
“Trains will also be subject to delays.”
Passengers may use LNER tickets on ScotRail services between Edinburgh and Inverness / Dundee and Great Northern and Thameslink services between London Kings Cross and Peterborough.
