“Ongoing adverse weather conditions” have caused planned roadworks on the A9 between Luncarty and Dunkeld to be rescheduled.
The works were due to take place yesterday, today and tomorrow. The overnight road closures have now been postponed to between 8.30pm and 6am from next Tuesday to Thursday, weather permitting.
Signed diversion routes will be in place, with northbound motorists being rerouted via the A85 and via the A923 Dunkeld junction for southbound traffic.
Transport Scotland said it thanks road users for their patience while they strive to complete the works in the current conditions.
