One of Perthshire’s busiest dual carriageways has been left blocked in two different locations following separate incidents.
The A9 Perth to Stirling road was shut off southbound between Broxden Roundabout and Cairnie Braes following a one-vehicle collision at about 2.50pm.
All lanes heading towards Stirling were restricted as the vehicle was moved.
Police were called to the scene.
Nobody is said to have been injured in the collision.
A spokesman for the force said: “Police received reports of a one-vehicle road crash around 2.50pm on Friday near the Broxden Roundabout.
“There were no injuries and the road wasn’t closed.”
Traffic Scotland posted: “All lanes restricted southbound due to a road traffic incident. Motorists are advised to approach with caution.”
The road was cleared at about 3.45pm.

Meanwhile a broken-down vehicle blocked the A9 north of Perth at the Luncarty roadworks around the same time.
Police were again called to assist after the incident lead to tailbacks on the busy route at about 2.45pm.
The police spokesman added: “Police were called around 2.45pm following reports of a car blocking the A9 southbound.”
