A man has been charged with alleged road traffic offences following a crash involving a tractor and a car near a Fife village which resulted in a girl being taken to hospital
Police and paramedics were called to the A92 Dundee to Kirkcaldy road near Luthrie following the collision on Friday at about 2.45pm.
The force said a “girl” was taken to hospital – however she is not believed to be seriously injured. Her age is not known.
The incident took place at the junction with the A913 Cupar to Newburgh road.
The A92 was blocked in both directions for about an hour due to the crash.
A 32-year-old man has been charged in relation to road traffic offences following the collision.

A police spokesman said: “Police were called around 2.45pm on Friday, May 1 to a two-vehicle road crash, involving a car and a tractor, on the A92 from the A913 east junction, Luthrie, Fife.
“A girl was taken to hospital as a precaution and the driver of the tractor was uninjured.”
On Saturday, a spokeswoman for the force updated: “A 32-year-old man is the subject of a report to the PF (procurator fiscal) in relation to alleged road traffic offences following a road crash on the A92 at Parbroath Farm, prior to the A913 junction, Fife, on Friday, May 1 2020.”
