A five-mile diversion will be put in place overnight on the M90 in Fife for five days next month.
The northbound carriageway will be closed at Junction 1C Admiralty and Junction 2 Pitreavie from 8pm until 6am on the nights of August 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 to allow for essential roadworks.
Operating company Amey says it will be installing traffic loops in the road surface and renewing road markings.
The diversion route will stretch around five miles via the A985 Admiralty Road, the B980 Kings Road, Carnegie Avenue, Lapwing Drive, Sandpiper Drive and Sanderling Way.
Drivers are advised to allow some extra time for their journey.
