Roadworks cause delays on Riverside Drive

Motorists suffered rush-hour delays on Dundee’s Riverside Drive on Tuesday morning.

Resurfacing works were responsible for the chaos, which brought traffic to almost a complete standstill.

There were queues of traffic from the Tay Rail Bridge back to Discovery Point.

Traffic control measures will be in place on Tuesday and Wednesday this week for carriageway surface dressing works.
