Overnight roadworks will see traffic disruption on the A9 in Perth.
Resurfacing just north of the Inveralmond roundabout will see lanes closed and a 10mph convoy system in place from Monday until Wednesday.
The convoy will only be in place between 8pm and 6am to minimise disruption but a 30mph speed limit and warning signs will be in place, as vehicles will be travelling over a temporary surface.

Eddie Ross, BEAR Scotland’s north west representative, said: “These essential resurfacing works on the northbound carriageway of the A9 just north of Inveralmond Roundabout will greatly improve quality and safety on this section of the route.
“The traffic management required may result in some disruption and delays for road users when works are being undertaken during the evening and overnight period.
“However, use of a convoy system is essential to ensure the safety of our teams and road users.”
‘Essential resurfacing’
The convoy system will ensure the road is still operational during the overnight improvements.
“Works have been planned to take place overnight to help minimise disruption as much as possible,” said Mr Ross.
“We thank motorists for their patience in advance and would also encourage them to plan ahead before setting out by checking the Traffic Scotland website for up to date travel information.”
