The next stage of a series of major improvement works on Dundee’s roads will begin on October 17.
The project, part of a £5 million project led by Scottish Water, will see “a rolling programme of work” begin on several streets in the city next week.
It’s thought the work will last for three weeks, but Scottish Water insist the roads in question will remain open.
Woodlands Terrace, Haywood Place, Woodside Avenue and Mains Drive will all be effected.
The rolling programme will then move onto the A90 Footway, from Old Glamis road junction to Graham Street and Graham Street, from the Kingsway to Clepington Road, from October 24.
Ruaridh MacGregor, communities manager for Scottish Water, said: “We would like to thank customers in Dundee for their patience while we carry out these essential improvements to the water network.
“While we realise there will be some inconvenience for customers we are confident they appreciate the importance and benefits of this work as the city continues to grow and develop.”
