Tailbacks of several miles in either direction are the result of resurfacing work between junctions 7 and 8 on the northbound carriageway. Northbound traffic is currently being diverted on to a contraflow in the southbound side of the road. *NEW* âš #M90 b/w J7 to J6 – Road crew reporting 25 mins delays through the contraflow ?@NETrunkRoads https://t.co/wGoGJnwivD pic.twitter.com/PM8VGogZIG — Traffic Scotland (@trafficscotland) January 30, 2017 One motorist caught up in the chaos said: “It’s just jam packed morning and evening.
