Police warn motorists to “avoid” A9 near Broxden roundabout

A broken down lorry has caused traffic problems near Perth.

Police warned motorists to avoid the southbound A9 Gleneagles to Perth road near the Broxden Roundabout, at about 6.30pm.

Officers said that delays were likely.

A police statement said: “Police Scotland are currently dealing with a broken down lorry on the A9 Southbound near to the Broxden roundabout, Perth.

“Motorists are advised to expect delays and to avoid the area if possible.”
