A granny and grandchild were rushed to hospital following a crash on a Dundee road.
Police, fire and rescue and ambulance services descended on Glamis Road, near Balgay Cemetery, at about 4pm following the incident.
A woman and a child, said to be a grandmother and her grandchild, were treated by paramedics at the scene.
They have since been taken to Ninewells Hospital.
A fire and rescue spokeswoman said appliances were sent to the scene from Macalpine and Blackness roads.
She added: “We were in attendance there. It was the ambulance service that gave us the call, we were there just to assist. The incident was left with the ambulance (service).”
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We received a call at 3.59pm today to attend a road traffic collision on Glamis Road.
“We dispatched two ambulances and the trauma team to the scene.
“Two patients, one female and one child, were taken to Ninewells Hospital.”
