Snowfall across Courier Country from January 16 to 17.
A spell of freezing weather has brought heavy snowfall of up to 15in to Scotland.
A Met Office warning for snow is in place for Courier Country from 4pm on Wednesday until 11am on Thursday. Another warning of wintry conditions in the area on Friday has been removed by the forecaster.
However a spell of “persistent and heavy snow” is expected overnight in the Borders, Lothian, Strathclyde and south-west Scotland.
Snow depths of 15in were recorded at Eskdalemuir, with 8.2in recorded at both Glenanne and Tulloch Bridge and almost 7.5in in Aviemore.
