It is believed he was travelling as part of a stag do. The incident happened on the 1.39pm ScotRail service between Dundee and Aberdeen on Friday, March 2, as the train left Montrose. He is described as a white man, around 6ft tall and was wearing a white dress. As the train left Montrose station, he stood up and lifted up the dress, exposing himself to others in the carriage.
