A Tayside road was closed following a two-vehicle crash.
Police were called to the collision, which took place on the B9113 Forfar to Montrose road at about 10.15am.
The incident took place between Rescobie and Forfar, near Loch Fithie.
The road was closed to all traffic but reopened at about 11.50pm.
A passenger and driver are said to have been seen to by paramedics.
The force said: “Police Scotland officers are currently dealing with a road traffic accident involving one vehicle on the B9113 Forfar to Montrose road approximately one mile from Forfar.
“Emergency services are in attendance and the road is currently closed to all vehicular traffic.
“Any person who witnessed the accident is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting inc 1583 12.8.18.”
