Motorists will be able to use the 19.5 mile-stretch, between Stonehaven and Craibstone, from Wednesday after months of delays. The southern stretch of the AWPR at Stonehaven. The section of road includes a new bridge over the River Dee as well as connections with Milltimber, Kingswells and Westhill.
