A 15-year old male has been charged in relation to the throwing of a traffic cone at a bus, which caused glass to shatter and fall on the driver.
The incident happened on November 27, when a 29 Xplore Dundee bus travelling up Meadowside was struck by a traffic cone thrown from an upper level of the Wellgate multi-storey car park.
The bus was apparently moving slowly, however the windscreen was shattered and the driver showered with glass. Nobody was injured.
Two males were seen running off at the time.
Enquiries are ongoing to “identify, trace, and charge others involved in the incident”, Police Scotland say.
