A motorist who had no licence stole fuel from a Fife petrol station and was then caught drink-driving.
Kaine Baxter, 21, of Springbank Road in Alyth, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on April 2 at Gleaner Gas Centre in Broad Street, Cowdenbeath, he stole fuel.
He also admitted that in Foulford Road he drove without a driving licence and without insurance.
Baxter further admitted that in Drylie Street, Cowdenbeath, he drove having consumed excess alcohol. His reading was 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than three times the legal limit. Sentence was deferred.
