Emergency services are in attendance at a single vehicle collision in Dundee city centre after a car collided with a railing. The black car appears to have mounted the island on Dock Street near the City Quay turnoff and struck the structure. The scene at Dock Street The police and ambulance service are at the incident and one witness described a person being treated at the scene. Tayside Police have been contacted.
