Police, firefighters and paramedics are in attendance on Panmure Street in Monifieth following the two-car collision, which took place just after 5pm. The crash happened near the route’s junction with Laird Street. Two fire and rescue appliances have been called to the scene from Balmossie. A spokeswoman for the service said: “We have got two appliances in attendance. We got the call in at 5.10pm. Two vehicles were involved.” Officers in Police Scotland’s Dundee control room said they were unaware of the incident.
