Motorists have been warned to expect delays on the M90 due to roadworks.
Work is taking place in Fife from Friday August 30 to Monday September 2.
Traffic will be restricted to a single lane in each direction between Junctions 2a and 3 to allow operating company Amey to resurface the northbound carriageway.
A contra flow will be in operation between the junctions from 8pm Friday until 6am Monday.
The northbound off-slip at M90 Junction 3 Halbeath will be closed during the works.
A diversion route for traffic that would normally leave the motorway at M90 Junction 3 will be signposted from M90 Junction 2 Pitreavie Interchange via the A823(M), the A823 Queensferry Road and the A907 Halbeath Road.
A Forth Bridges statement said: “These works have been planned for the weekend to minimise disruption. However, traffic delays are expected.
“Motorists planning to use this route are advised to allow extra time for their journey.”
