One of the busiest routes through Fife was partially closed after a lorry shed its load of bales on Tuesday afternoon.
Police were called to the M90 Perth to Edinburgh road near Blairadam at about 1.30pm following the incident.
Traffic was heavy on the southbound section of the route with officers closing off one lane.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
A spokesman for Fife Police Division said: “There are bales on the road, southbound past the Kinross junction. Traffic has come to a stop due to bales coming off a lorry.
“A lane closure has been put in so they can be recovered. The lane is still closed.”
