It is not a sports group, but it does have a sports connection, as Rob explained: “I came across this old school photo and am not sure how it came into my possession.
“It’s circa 1960, and I’m certain the teacher is Gerry Follon, a long-time player and coach for Dundee FC.
“I remember Gerry taught at Lawside Academy, but, for some reason, I am convinced the photo was taken at the old St John’s school on Tay Street.”
Rob didn’t send in any other names of the boys in the photo.
