Blether with Brown: Dundee United train on Carnousite beach

In recent weeks, BwB has featured old pictures of Dundee FC in training.

We have seen the Dark Blues training on Broughty beach and on the terracing stairs at Dens Park.

Now it’s December 1961 and Dundee United players are training on Carnoustie beach under the watchful eye of manager Jerry Kerr.
