“My grandfather Eddie McQuillan (second left in top row) always played billiards at Terry McMahon’s billiard hall ‘up the burn’,” said Irene.

“This was before pool was even ‘invented’ in this country.

“I don’t know when it was taken or what the cup was but maybe your readers can help.

“Maybe someone else might be able to recognise their grandfather.”
